About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the evolution of internal tools and test data ecosystem
- Enable QE teams to efficiently discover, understand and access data across non-prod environments
- Provide mentorship to data engineers
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance the development and delivery of test data solutions
- Manage test data creation and modification using existing tools and scripts
- Collaborate with partner teams to understand complex data relations and provide test-ready data
- Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve automation and efficiency across test data platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience with data analysis, and test data ecosystems
- Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python
- Knowledge of data modeling, data relations, data flows, data governance, and metadata management
- Familiarity with GitHub, SQL Workbench, Visual Studio and working in Agile development teams
- Ability to mentor and guide junior data engineers
- Experience working with QE teams as a plus
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
