Lead and develop a team of project managers responsible for end-to-end delivery of enterprise site technology initiatives across the Americas
Oversee Network Implementation programs resulting from: Site builds, closures, and expansions, Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, Infrastructure modernization and tech debt remediation, Workplace collaboration and voice transformation initiatives
Drive consistent execution through strong project governance, risk management, budget oversight, and timeline management
Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery risks and site-impacting issues
Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services (CREWS), and business stakeholders to ensure alignment to enterprise standards and strategic priorities
Coordinate technology deployment readiness with construction and workplace timelines, including cabling, IDF/MDF readiness, and workplace infrastructure dependencies
Represent HPIT site solutions and services with regional leadership and stakeholders
Oversee a multi-million-dollar project portfolio with accountability for forecasting, budget management, vendor performance, and financial accuracy
Lead management escalations for critical site-impacting incidents and high-risk project issues
Build and mentor a high-performing organization focused on accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

10+ years of experience leading enterprise infrastructure, workplace technology, or large-scale site deployment programs
Proven success leading high-performing teams and managing complex project portfolios with budgets exceeding $1M
Strong expertise in: Project and program management, Enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies (WAN, LAN, WiFi), Vendor and partner management, Financial planning and cost governance
Demonstrated ability to: Lead critical escalations in complex enterprise environments, Influence senior stakeholders across multiple organizations, Drive execution and accountability across matrixed teams, Balance operational stability with large-scale transformation initiatives
