Manage full funnel marketing initiatives, driving performance for major business intent such as limited time offerings or product refreshes
Support direct mail acquisition efforts, ensuring unique new-to-credit audience perspective is incorporated into intent
Develop an understanding of best practices across channels and programs
Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure marketing initiatives deliver on intent
Bring a data-based approach and customer-first innovative mindset to marketing to continually optimize customer experience and in-market results
Translate and communicate business goals into effective creative briefs
Manage creative development (with internal creative teams or agency partners) to ensure marketing is on-brand, high quality, aligned to our strategic intent and delivered on schedule
Manage multiple projects and navigate changing priorities while staying focused on delivering excellent results
Collaborate with multiple partner teams and navigate/negotiate through a complex organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
At least 3 years of marketing experience
At least 2 years developing marketing test frameworks that drive results
At least 1 year of experience in new product launch marketing or marketing product development
Detailed-oriented with strong prioritization skills
Highly effective communication skills with outstanding writing and presentation abilities
Experience with a variety of marketing channels (direct mail, digital marketing, website, etc)
