Lead the financial planning and analysis for Global Workplace Services organization
Partner with leadership and business teams to assess the financial implications of real estate investments
Develop and report on the financial forecast for the enterprise real estate footprint
Proactively identify and address potential financial issues and opportunities
Drive financial stewardship by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
Transform complex operating data into actionable insights for leadership
Translate complex financial data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations
Serve as a strategic advisor to business partners
Lead complex, cross-functional workstreams

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, accounting or a combination
At least 1 year of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance (preferred qualifications)
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred qualifications)
At least 6 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination (preferred qualifications)
At least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function (preferred qualifications)
At least 1 year of experience in people management (preferred qualifications)
