You develop and operate backend applications based on C# and .NET within a predominantly Microsoft-based tech stack (including Windows Server, MS SQL).
You implement new features and further develop existing applications — from requirements analysis through implementation to operation.
You work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders, question requirements and contribute your own technical solution approaches.
You are part of an agile team (Scrum with a tendency toward Kanban) and actively shape the development process.
You ensure software quality through testing, code reviews and clean architectures.
You support the growth and further development of the engineering team and contribute as a sparring partner or technical catalyst.

Very good knowledge of C# / .NET
Experience with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) and API interfaces
A solid understanding of software architecture, Clean Code, maintainability, performance and security
Experience with agile development processes and enjoyment of cross-team collaboration
Willingness to treat testing as an integral part of your development work (unit, integration, E2E tests)
Very good English skills (at least C1) and good German skills (at least B2)
Desire to take on responsibility, share knowledge and help shape technical standards
