Translate data into actionable customer insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Oversee website analytics to optimize online user experience and engagement
Develop and implement marketing mix models to evaluate and optimize marketing investments
Utilize predictive analytics to forecast marketing outcomes and inform strategy
Lead advanced marketing attribution efforts to accurately measure the impact of marketing activities
Analyze commercial performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Define brand equity and strength
Oversee network analytics to optimize distribution and operational efficiency
Lead product analytics efforts to inform product development and lifecycle management
Utilize financial analytics to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field; Advanced Degree Preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data, analytics, and insights, with experience leading large, multi-functional teams
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data and analytics strategies in a global organization
Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
Expertise in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, and AI
Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Demonstrated ability using Monte Carlo simulations, Real Options, Simulations leveraging a Digital Twin, Causal inference, Bayesian Decision Analysis
Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data architecture
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
