Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of proven experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, including manufacturing and product lifecycle management
Demonstrated ability to manage a complex, high-impact portfolio exceeding $1B in annual revenue
Strong experience in demand and buffer planning, including development and management of full-stack buffer strategies
Expertise in inventory management and excess & obsolete (E&O) processes, including inventory sizing, scrap analysis, and execution of product transitions
Proven experience in supply chain operations, program management, or business planning within a high-tech or manufacturing environment
Background in scenario planning and strategic planning
Experience in business sensing and market share analysis
Familiarity with developing and executing PID segmentation strategies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning forums
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Broad understanding of customers, markets, product portfolios, and macroeconomic dynamics
Effective thought leadership and relationship-building skills
Confidence and executive presence to influence business partners at all levels
MBA or advanced degree preferred
