Requirements
Full time graduation or the equivalent degree
2–4 years of relevant experience in workflow coordination, project coordination, operations support, creative services coordination, resource planning, or request management.
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Good working knowledge of SNow or similar request management / workflow management tools.
Comfortable using MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Ability to review project requests and understand service requirements.
Ability to assess request timelines based on predefined benchmark timings.
Understanding of creative service categories such as Design, Digital, and Video & Animation will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage common mailboxes and maintain timely communication.
Good understanding of workflow coordination, capacity checking, and resource allocation processes.
