About this role
Role Overview
Lead the technical design and architecture for Salesforce solutions including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, integrations, and data models.
Define scalable architecture patterns, guardrails, coding standards, and best practices across Salesforce orgs.
Perform technical design reviews, code reviews, and ensure solutions adhere to governor limits, security, and platform constraints.
Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products, AppExchange tools, and integration frameworks.
Own Salesforce project delivery lifecycle including requirements, solutioning, sprint planning, development, QA, and deployment.
Collaborate with business SMEs, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee release management, environment strategy, DevOps pipelines, and change management processes.
Manage project risks, dependencies, budget, stakeholders, and release timelines.
Lead, mentor, and support Salesforce developers, admins, consultants, and QA engineers.
Requirements
8–15 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years leading Salesforce projects.
Deep technical expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura, Flows, Process Builder, and declarative tools
Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Platform Events, Integration Patterns
Data modeling, large datasets, and performance optimization
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, multi-org strategy, governor limits, sharing/security model, and deployment processes.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and ideally field service or CPQ.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user stories, and sprint planning.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and leadership skills.
