Proficiency in the use of Mathcad, Blockpad, or similar software.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in the English language.
Ability to define problems, collect/interpret data, evaluate facts, draw valid conclusions, and effectively communicate findings/results.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
Ability to work with moderate supervision and maximum efficiency in a small or medium size office setting.
Bachelor's degree and/or master’s degree in civil, with a focus in structural engineering from an accredited four-year university.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant structural design experience in the structural engineering field working with concrete, steel, and timber materials.
Experience in designing bridges, marine waterfronts, industrial structures, and temporary construction works, including demolition plans, erection plans, shoring, cofferdams, and concrete formwork.
