Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population
Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record
Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session
Communicate cross functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed
Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics
Work with the student/client to establish and develop treatment goals and document accordingly
Utilize active listening skills and evidence based modalities (SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, ACT) in order to build rapport, establish boundaries, and progress student/client care
Submit appropriate documentation in the EHR (the TimelyCare platform) in a punctual manner
Prepared to adapt to the changing needs of the population we serve
Able to remain calm and maintain composure during a potential high stress scenario
Respond with empathy, professionalism, and meet clients where they are at
Model respectful conduct with all students, peers, and support staff
Requirements
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC).
Active State License in MT, additional state licensures a plus
Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills
Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning
Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment.
