Provide administrative and operational assist to the sales team and prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and service documentation
Handle customer inquiries related to services, pricing, and order status and maintain and update customer and sales records in ERP system (AX Dynamics)
Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, service teams) assist sales reporting, forecasts, and performance tracking
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures
Requirements
Has minimum 5 years of experience in both B2B and B2 sales environments
Has proven ability to develop relationships with corporate clients, investors, hotel operators, system integrators, and end users and has experience managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and solution presentation to negotiation and closing
Has strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
Is fluent in English and Croatian language and willing to travel on daily basis.
