- Owning full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical disciplines simultaneously
- Building and executing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering roles
- Acting as a genuine advisor to hiring managers — pushback, market insight, and structured process, not just calendar management
- Proactively building pipelines of passive senior technical talent
- Using hiring data to shape decisions, not just report on them
Requirements
- 5–8 years' experience recruiting technical talent, ideally in-house or embedded within a fast-scaling tech or fintech business
- A track record of closing senior/specialist engineering roles independently, without heavy reliance on inbound
- Strong command of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and beyond) and a genuine read on the software engineering talent market
- The confidence to challenge hiring managers on process, market reality, and candidate experience
- Comfort managing a high-volume, fast-moving requisition load without dropping quality
