About this role
Role Overview
Owning full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical disciplines simultaneously
Building and executing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering roles
Acting as a genuine advisor to hiring managers — pushback, market insight, and structured process, not just calendar management
Proactively building pipelines of passive senior technical talent
Using hiring data to shape decisions, not just report on them
Requirements
5–8 years' experience recruiting technical talent, ideally in-house or embedded within a fast-scaling tech or fintech business
A track record of closing senior/specialist engineering roles independently, without heavy reliance on inbound
Strong command of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and beyond) and a genuine read on the software engineering talent market
The confidence to challenge hiring managers on process, market reality, and candidate experience
Comfort managing a high-volume, fast-moving requisition load without dropping quality
