About this role
Role Overview
- be the go-to expert for cybersecurity and datacom at NAPA
- protecting maritime digital solutions from ship to shore
- provide network and security design input to Services project teams
- act as the customer-facing technical authority for Sales and Pre-sales
- feed regulatory changes into Product teams
- engage directly with customer IT/OT counterparts
- deliver 2nd-level expertise on network and security incidents affecting NAPA Online and NAPA Bus
Requirements
- Master's degree in a technical field
- 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and datacom
- strong expertise in designing and supporting network architecture
- solid knowledge of security principles applied across industrial, onboard, shore, and cloud environments
- hands-on experience with AWS configuration and environment hygiene
- strong analytical skills for resolving network and security incidents
- working knowledge of Windows-based systems
- able to act as a technical authority for customers, sales, and pre-sales teams
- awareness of IEC 62443 and IACS UR E26/E27 maritime cyber regulations is a desired competence
- full proficiency in English, both written and spoken
