Manage a portfolio of strategic public sector accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, adopting a customer-centric approach to identify core needs and help clients achieve their goals with Alan
Proactively detect early signs of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to address them
Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan’s position as a health partner to drive high adoption among employees and administrators
Analyze and present usage and consumption reports to customers through business reviews
Design and execute creative initiatives to increase engagement among existing customers
Renegotiate contracts to ensure excellent value for customers while preserving sustainable profitability
Contribute to the development of our products and services by serving as the voice of the customer in discussions with Product teams
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including frequent interactions with C-level executives
Full professional proficiency in French (excellent written and verbal communication)
Advanced level of English
Experience working with very large organizations and, potentially, with unions
Tact and empathy that characterize strong negotiators
Proven skill in constructive advocacy with key stakeholders and in building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency
Highly analytical, comfortable presenting in-depth data analysis to clients and solving complex problems
Strong active listening skills and expertise in crafting effective follow-up communications
Growth mindset: able to adapt to new trends and develop a deep understanding of the health insurance market
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, or Marseille
Nice to have: previous experience in insurance or employee benefits, and/or experience working with the public sector
