You take ownership of the product backlog for our web-based ERP system and consistently prioritize requirements based on customer value and business impact.
Based on that, you translate complex customer and business requirements into clear, understandable user stories with explicit acceptance criteria and accompany them from idea through to go-live.
In this role you work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, and Development, ensuring that goals, decisions and progress are communicated transparently.
You also plan and facilitate key agile events, create clear structures in your team's daily work, and enable focused, efficient work.
As a leader you manage your newly formed remote development team both functionally and disciplinarily, provide regular feedback, and actively support your team members in their development.
Furthermore, you shape a modern, trust-based remote work culture across countries and continuously improve processes and collaboration.
Requirements
You have several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in a software environment, ideally with exposure to ERP, SaaS, or business software.
From previous positions you bring experience in functional and/or disciplinary leadership of development teams and feel comfortable in a distributed, international remote setup.
You also have a solid understanding of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and are familiar with common planning and collaboration tools.
With strong analytical and structuring skills you can translate complex domain-related issues into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
When working with diverse stakeholders, you communicate precisely and appropriately for the audience, build trust, and make decisions based on data and customer value.
For daily collaboration with colleagues in Munich and our international remote team, you are business-fluent in German and have very good command of English.
