Role Overview
Provide active supervision of children at all times, following active supervision policies and procedures
Plan and provide a comprehensive program that includes at-risk children, children with disabilities, and those from diverse families
Conduct developmental screening of children within 45 days of enrollment
Create a positive classroom-home connection, maintaining professional and appropriate communication with families and guardians
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with 30 credits in Early Childhood Education (bachelor's degree preferred)
Minimum two years’ experience working with preschool age children
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to utilize online data systems
