Role Overview
- Process all release of information (ROI), specifically medical record requests, in a timely manner
- Safeguard patient privacy and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Document information on multiple platforms using two computer monitors
- Maintain working knowledge of Company software
- Answer phone calls and provide medical records status
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to commute between locations as needed.
- Able to work overtime during peak seasons when required.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Comfortable utilizing phones, fax machine, printers, and other general office equipment on a regular basis.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
