Accountable for project success within their Domain.
Drives, and is accountable for, Domain growth, both for existing Practices and investments in starting up new Practices.
Fosters cross-selling success across Practices of their Domain, and in coordination with other Domains.
Encourages active networking and fosters the development of strong client relationships.
Requirements
Directors run a market portfolio and ensure that individually successful Practices become a coherent, scalable Domain. Directors maintain key client relationships, lead key (integrator) opportunities, and coordinate engagements across Domains with other Directors.
The Director, Rail Vehicle Advisory is responsible for the development and oversight of individual practices including
Fleet Strategy, Rolling Stock Procurement, Vehicle/System Engineering, Propulsion & Energy Systems, and Vehicle Maintenance & Facilities.
