Conduct site visits before and during construction
Assist Project Managers (PMs) in managing relationships with external stakeholders (ENEDIS, inspection bodies, etc.)
Support PMs with subsidy requests and follow-up with public entities
Assist the maintenance team with preventive and corrective maintenance for EV chargers
Contribute to the commissioning of new EV stations
Coordinate with maintenance companies to plan and track interventions
Support the team with inventory management and tracking processes
Help the operations team identify and standardize processes and workflows
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to refine actions and strategies
Prepare a monthly operations report
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level engineering program in Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Proficient in engineering software tools (CAD suites, etc.), Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and data analysis platforms (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
Good understanding of the energy transition, construction, electricity, and maintenance
Fluency in both French and English is required
Holder of a valid Category B driving license
Organized, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Available for a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with occasional in-office days at our Paris office
