Role Overview
- Own the product vision for the RCSA Compliance application and drive its roadmap
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs from Compliance and Operational Risk teams
- Translate business requirements into a clear, prioritized product backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Lead and coordinate a team of Business Analysts (scoping, review, and validation of deliverables)
- Challenge functional solutions related to RCSA topics, controls, incidents, and action plans
- Collaborate closely with IT teams (development/engineering (MOE), architects, QA, operations/run)
- Participate in project governance forums and ensure structured reporting
- Contribute to functional testing phases and help secure production releases
- Work in an international environment (professional-level English required)
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Product Ownership, senior Business Analysis, or an equivalent role in a banking environment
- Proven experience with IT applications that have a strong regulatory or risk component (Operational Risk and/or RCSA)
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of Business Analysts
- Strong understanding of banking processes and complex IT environments
- Professional-level English required (international context)
