As Marketing & Sales Lead you are primarily responsible for our growth strategy and its implementation.
You ensure that companies become aware of us and generate new projects.
You provide our existing customers & partners with helpful information and take on sales/account management responsibilities.
For this, you work closely with executive management and our product team.

You have a genuine interest in the substantive challenges faced by our clients.
You communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders — from the HR team to executive leadership.
You have experience in online marketing and HubSpot and approach marketing strategically.
You work in a structured manner, can set priorities, and maintain an overview even when handling multiple topics.
You are eager to take on responsibility and proactively drive initiatives forward.
Optional: You already have experience in a consulting-adjacent role (e.g., consulting, sales of complex services, account management).
