Support prospects from initial scoping through to successful handoff to our post-sales teams
Play a major role in helping to close SaaS deals in the APAC market
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to a named book of customers, as well as supporting the broader APAC base on a project basis
Become a subject matter expert across all aspects of Iterable – APIs, integrations, mobile SDKs, data flows and Iterable’s own AI models
Present solutions and opportunities to utilize Iterable more effectively, translating customer use cases into account strategies
Identify and articulate upsell and expansion opportunities by analyzing customers' tech stacks and future initiatives
