About this role
Role Overview
Manage coordination for and within the US and LATAM recruitment team
Work closely with the recruiters, hiring managers and vendors on various positions in analytics
Support the recruiting team track the candidates progress through the pipeline
Sourcing and screening profiles, creating and maintaining the pipeline
Support the lead recruiter in adhoc tasks
Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process
Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions
Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers
Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors for urgent requirements
Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruitment team
Requirements
2+ years of work experience in a similar role, with experience in recruitment preferred
Experience of hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering, business analysts is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Excellent command on Microsoft Excel and google docs, etc.
Bachelor’s degree required
