Identify commercial opportunities, develop action plans, and plan and conduct visits to accounts on the visitation panel based on an itinerary that maximizes the number of visits per day/cycle, ensuring appropriate visit frequency and coverage of the visitation panel;
Implement marketing strategies/actions related to demand generation in your area by executing the activities defined by the Marketing team for promotional cycles;
Prospect and register new customers to keep the CRM database updated, including registration and herd information, and develop solution proposals and market strategies;
Establish, strengthen, and manage relationships with ranchers, veterinarians, and sales teams of the main channels in your sector (Aliança channels) to maintain customer relationships;
Build relationships with veterinarians (especially those in the Sincronize program) in your territory to understand local needs and identify business opportunities. Organize and deliver presentations, lectures, trainings, field days, and meetings focused on promoting and differentiating the product line and disseminating the portfolio's technology;
Requirements
Required education: Bachelor's degree completed | Field: Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science (Zootechnics) or related areas;
Sales experience and fieldwork experience. Technical knowledge of the specific unit of operation (minimum of 3 years);
Advanced technical knowledge in sanitary management (herd health management);
Public speaking skills for conducting trainings;
Salesforce experience preferred;
Power BI experience preferred;
Residence in or willingness to relocate to Goiânia.
