Role Overview
- Develop solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Implement and customize features using Apex
- Build components using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs
- Build and evolve portals and communities using Experience Cloud
- Work with Service Cloud processes and features, including case management, automations, and customer service
- Act in a consultative manner with business and technology teams, ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with Salesforce platform best practices.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform development
- Proficiency in Apex
- Experience developing components using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs
- Advanced knowledge of Experience Cloud for creating and maintaining B2B and B2C portals and communities
- Experience configuring and customizing Service Cloud
- Knowledge of architecture practices, governance, and Salesforce development best practices.
