Requirements
3–7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in tech-focused consulting, an innovation or digital unit, as a Solutions Consultant at a B2B SaaS vendor, or at a technology-driven company with direct client contact.
Also considered: consultants with a technical background who have specifically implemented AI applications within the last 12 months.
You combine business understanding with technical curiosity — through studies, professional experience, or self-directed learning.
What matters is that you feel at home in both worlds (business and tech), not the exact degree or title.
You have independently run several concurrent client projects — including workshops at executive/decision-maker level.
You think entrepreneurially: you judge whether a use case is viable — and you say so.
Strong communication skills in German — you can speak clearly with a CEO as well as with a developer.
Hands-on AI affinity — you write prompts yourself, have configured n8n or a Claude Skill, know what an API is, and can read JSON.
