Role Overview
- Conduct customer interviews and market research to identify opportunities, needs, trends, and competitive differentiators;
- Define strategic positioning, value proposition, and key messages aligned with the ICP and priority personas;
- Structure and lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products, features, and markets;
- Act as a strategic reference across Product, Sales, ABM, Growth, Content, and Events teams, promoting alignment and clear direction;
- Perform continuous competitive analysis and propose differentiation strategies;
- Develop playbooks, sales enablement materials, and training for commercial teams and partners;
- Monitor market indicators, pipeline, adoption, and value perception, adjusting strategies as needed;
- Lead strategic agendas within the squad or business unit under your responsibility.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Go-To-Market, or related areas in B2B technology companies;
- Experience in product positioning, defining value propositions, and building market-oriented narratives;
- Experience planning and executing product and solution launch strategies;
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams;
- Strong analytical skills to turn data, customer insights, and market trends into actionable strategies;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Advanced or fluent English;
- Bachelor's degree completed.
It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience in SaaS B2B software companies;
- Experience with Enterprise (B2B Enterprise) products;
- Experience in global markets or international operations;
- Knowledge of Product Marketing, Product-Led Growth (PLG), Go-To-Market, and Sales Enablement;
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and market analysis tools;
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Marketing, Strategy, Product Management, or related fields;
- Certifications or additional training in programs such as Product Marketing Alliance (PMA), Reforge, or similar;
- Spanish.
