Establish and maintain master-data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data standards and best practices.
Oversee the conversion process for BOMs, MRP parameters, lead times, safety stock, and sourcing to ensure seamless integration into the S/4 and APS systems.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with data quality issues that could lead to MRP failures or supply chain disruptions.
Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on data management practices and tools.
Monitor and report on data quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on data-related initiatives and standards.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in supply chain management.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data governance and supply chain processes.
Strong understanding of MRP systems and data management principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with S/4 HANA or similar ERP systems.
Experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar APS systems.
Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
Supply Chain Certifications such as CSCP / CPIM / CPSM / Lean Six Sigma.
