Monitor and report customer performance, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented.
Collaborate with customers on new process approvals and process changes.
Perform FAI/PPAP activities and customer-delegated DQR responsibilities.
Maintain customer visit and audit schedules.
Support audits, process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement efforts.
Monitor and improve supplier and customer KPIs.
Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of nonconformances.
Resolve customer technical issues promptly to maintain supply continuity.
Support long-term customer relationships and cost reduction initiatives.
Travel as needed to support customers and job responsibilities.
Support achievement of local and global KPIs.
Communicate effectively and promote company policies, procedures, and mission.
Comply with export control, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Promote Lean principles and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a technical discipline, or an equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
Strong ability to prioritize effectively, work independently, and manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Results-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
Knowledge of AIAG tools and related industry standards, including PPAP, APQP, QSA, MSA, SPC, and FMEA
