Role Overview

• Organize and schedule many events for your department
• Arrange meetings, make travel plans, and schedule appointments for your department
• Constantly learn new processes and technological applications
• Work at a high level of proficiency with little supervision
• Test multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements

• Proven excellence in an administrative role
• Articulate communicator both in person and electronically
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications
• Organizational skills are a must
• Desire to grow personally and professionally
• Proven experience supporting leadership positions
• Associates degree or higher highly preferred
• Microsoft Certified highly preferred
