About this role

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians
Monitor treatment implementation and client progress in the home setting
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Modify treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with BACB ethics and funding source requirements

Current BCBA certification and New Jersey licensure
Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Passion for delivering compassionate, family-centered care

Hybrid Schedule – Flexible hours between 4:00 PM–7:00 PM or 5:00 PM–8:00 PM , with in-person visits required once per week
Competitive Compensation – $95–$100 per hour , with higher rates considered based on experience
