About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for commercial and operational aspects of the Curing Systems product lines
- Define and communicate the Curing Product Lines' long-term vision and strategy
- Collaborate with the Service and Aftermarket department
- Conduct regular reviews of the market, analyze trends, and inform product line decisions
- Plan and execute strategies for product launches
- Manage the full lifecycle from concept to product launch
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline is required
- 2+ years of experience in Product Leadership or related role
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and development processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis
