Role Overview
Preparing and publishing timely results, including Quarterly Business Review deck both internal and with our vendors.
Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and forecasts for the business division
Partnering with business leaders to identify action plans for continuous improvement of margins
Assist the HR & FIN community to ensure the respect of the HC and payroll guidelines, including vendor funded HC.
Supporting vendor teams in getting senior leadership approval for new initiatives by preparing financial models, executives presentations and responding to requests timely.
Requirements
3-5 years experience in finance / controlling role of international company
Industry sector experience, preferable in FP&A or in another Business Partner role
Analytical, able to focus complex numbers into a meaningful analysis, ability to deal with highly confidential information and prioritize appropriately
Deadline-Oriented, able to work well under pressure, has strong sense of urgency / prioritization.
Strong people skills, willing to speak up and be heard by senior management, along with ability to communicate insight coherently.
