About this role
Role Overview
Assist with executing the global Legal and Compliance Department´s transformation strategy.
Enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and value delivery through automated workflows and legal technology solutions.
Design, build, and maintain automation to streamline legal processes, enable advanced data analytics, and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with global Legal Department stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support large-scale change initiatives.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable workstreams and drive implementation plans to achieve complex goals.
Build relationships and coordinate across multiple departments and regions.
Stay up to date with emerging legal tech, automation, and data solutions to identify opportunities for the Legal Department.
Report directly to the VP, Global Legal Transformation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in either Business Technology, Computer Science or related discipline or Law required.
2–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a large multinational company.
Prior exposure to legal environments and understanding of legal processes such as contract and document management is a plus.
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Strong skills in workflow configuration, systems integration, and advanced computer applications.
Familiarity with legal tech platforms such as BRYTER or Mitratech TAP is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive approach to driving tasks to completion.
Experience delivering complex projects with stakeholders across various geographies.
Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Capable of building strong working relationships and working independently or within a team.
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail with high accuracy and efficiency in execution.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
