Provides ongoing Systems Administration support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, applications, and connectivity components for Windows environments across multiple locations.
Provides technical support and advises on the use of programming tools, database systems, and networks.
Operational responsibilities include remediation of daily incident tickets, system compliance, system run enhancement, testing, staging, policy/procedure enhancement, client contact coordination, and operational recommendations to address availability and reliability issues on Windows systems.
Requirements
BA/BS degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Deep expertise in Windows systems administration.
Strong troubleshooting and technical support background.
