Lead IT infrastructure at Mondelēz Brazil plants, defining roadmaps for improvement, maintenance, and security
Lead infrastructure and cybersecurity projects (LAN/WAN, industrial networks, firewall, IDC/data center, cloud readiness)
Drive OT (Operational Technology) vulnerability management, patching, and plant remediation
Implement cybersecurity technologies under guidance from Global Information Security
Manage third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to security policies and SLAs
Serve as the focal point for implementation of systems and digital initiatives at plants
Ensure compliance with MINT standards and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST)

Experience in IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity within industrial/manufacturing environments
Solid knowledge of OT (Operational Technology)
Experience with vulnerability management, patching, and security standards
Experience managing vendors, contracts, and SLAs
Project management experience (Agile and traditional methodologies)
Strong stakeholder management skills
Fluent English
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Networks, or related Technology fields
Desirable: Intermediate Spanish, ITIL, PMO experience, security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+), prior multinational experience (CPG/consumer goods is a plus)
