About this role
Role Overview
Log, assign, and monitor customer complaints and disputes
Maintain the relevant complaints mailboxes
Monitor daily reports for adherence to complaint handling procedures
Identify data quality issues and communicate remedial actions
Coordinate lessons learned and training sessions
Support the Pacific Complaints Manager on various initiatives
Requirements
Awareness of Australia and New Zealand regulatory frameworks, particularly related to complaint handling
Highly organized and detailed oriented
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective time management with ability to multi-task
Ability to contribute effectively within a team environment
Self-managed and motivated with a proactive attitude
