Role Overview
- Manage telephonic case management for workers’ compensation claims
- Assess care coordination and ongoing case oversight
- Collaborate with injured workers and healthcare providers
- Evaluate treatment plans and provide guidance
- Facilitate return to work planning and monitor recovery goals
- Maintain communication with involved parties
- Advocate for cost effective care
- Maintain documentation of all case activity
- Identify barriers to recovery and implement strategies
Requirements
- Strong understanding of workers’ compensation processes
- Case management practices
- Return to work coordination
- Ability to manage a high volume caseload
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive, adaptable mindset
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills are highly beneficial
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- One of the following required: CCM, CDMS, COHN, or CRRN
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related clinical field
