About this role
Role Overview
Manage telephonic case management for workers’ compensation claims
Assess care coordination and ongoing case oversight
Collaborate with injured workers and healthcare providers
Evaluate treatment plans and provide guidance
Facilitate return to work planning and monitor recovery goals
Maintain communication with involved parties
Advocate for cost effective care
Maintain documentation of all case activity
Identify barriers to recovery and implement strategies
Requirements
Strong understanding of workers’ compensation processes
Case management practices
Return to work coordination
Ability to manage a high volume caseload
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills
Positive, adaptable mindset
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills are highly beneficial
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
One of the following required: CCM, CDMS, COHN, or CRRN
Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related clinical field
