About this role
Role Overview
- You are part of our international team of over 20 colleagues.
- You continuously monitor client budgets.
- You prepare internal and external reports together with international colleagues and clients.
- You enter budgets into our internal system and ensure that all steps in media buying are accurately recorded and tracked in our internal tools.
- You are responsible for the entire booking process — from initial placement to confirmation — consistently following our agency workflows and processes.
- You perform regular checks to ensure that all media bookings meet client specifications and our internal quality standards.
- You act as a point of contact and interface between procurement, planning and finance at an international level.
- You support the team with finance-related matters.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training or a business degree with a focus on Finance/Controlling and have gained initial professional experience in commercial roles.
- You have basic experience in controlling and accounting and a strong affinity for numbers.
- You have excellent Excel skills and good MS Office knowledge.
- You demonstrate a strong client
- and service-oriented mindset.
- In addition to very good German, you also have very good English skills so you can communicate confidently with our international colleagues.
