Providing advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Business Banking clients and prospects
Serving as the primary point of contact/trusted advisor and acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships
Collaborating with teammates and facilitating client relationships with Product Specialists
Identifying cross-selling opportunities and increasing overall client satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience in commercial lending, business development, commercial credit and portfolio management in business banking or middle market sector
Experience managing an extensive portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $20-$50 million
Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships
Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends
