Role Overview
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and analyze accounts receivable balances
- Communicate with partners and clients regarding past-due balances
- Draft payment plans and coordinate with Sr. Manager of Client Accounts
- Conduct advanced analysis of account history and develop collection strategies
Requirements
- 2+ years of credit management and collections experience
- Advanced knowledge of credit practices and collection techniques
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proficient in Excel and working knowledge of Aderant, ARCS, and CoPilot
- Ability to build trusted partnerships across the Firm
