- Proven leadership capability
- Experience owning a functional solution area
- Experience driving enterprise wide transformation
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders, including VP level
- Proven leadership capability including building and leading teams
- Experience in regulated industries such as MedTech or Life Sciences
