Role Overview
- Help drive the company's engagement with the investor community
- Analyze quarterly and annual financial results
- Build and maintain financial models
- Monitor market trends and synthesize insights for senior leadership
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations
- Ensure consistent messaging across all investor-facing materials
- Organize earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Maintain investor databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Master's degree Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong financial modeling and Excel proficiency
- experience with PowerPoint and data visualization
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for public company communications (SEC regulations, Reg FD, etc.) and basic legal concepts around disclosure
- Experience with IR platforms (investor websites, CRM for IR, earnings call/webcast systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of the semiconductor or technology sector is a plus
