Role Overview
- work on the development and maintenance of robust, compliant software solutions using .NET, Python, and cloud technologies.
- ensure high availability and quality by standardizing processes, resolving complex issues, and fostering cross-team collaboration.
- leverage industry best practices in software development, system architecture, and technical leadership to deliver reliable and compliant solutions.
- maintain high availability and regulatory standards across pharmacy benefit platforms.
- provide hands-on expertise in both new development and ongoing maintenance, utilizing technologies such as .NET, Python, and cloud services (e.g., Azure or GCP).
- promote cross-team collaboration, facilitate knowledge transfer, and minimize operational risks.
- standardize quality assurance processes, oversee testing and debugging, and implement effective solutions for complex software issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5+ years of experience in .NET application development.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP), APIs, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Hands-on experience in PostgreSQL for database management and operations.
- Expertise with Git and DevOps for version control and collaboration within a DevOps environment.
- Hands-on expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the healthcare domain, including industry standards and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies and project management principles.
