The Pricing and Promotions Manager will be a key leader responsible for driving the company's profitability and growth.
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a holistic pricing strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances profitability across all channels (DTC and B2B).
Collaborate with business leaders to define pricing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and challenges.
Lead and manage a highly analytical team focused on driving sustainable growth across both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels.
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience, including experience in pricing, analytics, statistical, or related fields.
6+ years of dedicated experience with SQL.
Degree in finance, analytics, computer science, or other tech/analytical field highly preferred, advanced degree a plus, or relevant equivalent experience.
Strong command of relational databases, Sigma, Matillion, and other analytical tools.
