Supervisor, Field Engineering Design

Role Overview

• Directs, coordinates, and supervises the daily activities of field engineering designers
• Responsible for the development of cost effective preliminary and detailed engineering designs
• Collaborates with other Engineers within Engineering to ensure consistency and teamwork
• Supports regulatory commitments involving local towns, state and federal regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related technical experience required
• Minimum of five years of related technical experience is required
• Previous experience in electric distribution is preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is also preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of distribution standards, policies, regulations, engineering specifications
