About this role
Role Overview
- Provides oversight for all assigned projects to ensure study launch, conduct and closeout occur according to the Customer’s and company's contractual agreement
- Forecasts, prioritizes and directs staff to achieve on-time sponsor deliverables
- Collaborates with Therapeutic Strategy and Innovation team to provide operational input
- Drives preparation and facilitation of bid defense meetings
- Provides oversight to project management teams
- Actively mentors junior project delivery oversight staff
- Develops and maintains knowledge of evolving trends related to therapeutic area
Requirements
- Oversight for all assigned projects to ensure study launch, conduct and closeout occur according to Customer’s and company's contractual agreement
- Ensure studies progress according to internal and Customer quality standards, SOPs, GCPs and ICH guidelines
- Collaborate with Therapeutic Strategy and Innovation team
- Mentors junior project delivery oversight staff
- Troubleshoot difficulties in project conduct between the company and Customer
- Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving trends
