Configure Classification Rules, Assignment Rules, Credit Rules, Incentive Formulae, Flexfields, and Oracle set ups.
Manage Imports related to Users, Transactions, Rules, and Goals.
Develop, modify, and maintain BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, and Redwood Dashboards using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
Set up, document, and test Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud applications including upgrades and patches.

Strong knowledge of Classification Rules, Assignment Rules, Credit Rules, Incentive Formulae, Flexfields, Web Services, and Oracle configurations.
Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and Web Services integrations.
Strong expertise in developing BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, and Redwood Dashboards using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
