Enable and sustain the capability development strategy for the IM UAM team.
Design, develop and maintain role-based learning solutions to support team development.
Partner with process owners, training champions and leadership.
Support onboarding, knowledge retention, career development and team maturity.
Coordinate training schedules, learning pathways, onboarding programs and certification activities.
Ensure training content remains accurate, engaging and aligned to business and governance requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Governance Risk Management, Compliance, Information Technology or related fields.
5 years of experience in learning and development, training management, compliance or a related field, particularly within an enterprise risk management framework within Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical industry.
3-5 years of experience with regulatory/ compliance frameworks related to SoX, GxP, Privacy/GDPR.
Attention to detail with strong documentation skills and Microsoft applications.
Fluency in English, with outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual/remote environment and manage cross-cultural teams.
